Setup fee includes:

  • Acceptance of shipment(s), unpacking, and recycling of packaging materials.

  • Checking of item(s) for damage.

  • Installation of rails and server into rack.

  • Connection of cables. (Please provide required cabling with equipment where possible or additional fee may be chargable)

  • BMC IP Configuration.

  • Power on of equipment.

  • Tasks completed by Trusted Third Party Datacentre Remote hands.

  • No Assembly of equipment.

  • No Configuration or OS installation on equipment.

Optional services for additional fee:

  • Ko-Net Employee attendance for hardware/software installation, inventory management and racking. (Requires additional lead time)

  • Procurement of or assistance in selection of server/networking equipment.

  • Assistance in configuration of equipment.

  • Third Party Datacentre Remote hands for short tasks (OS install, basic server assembly etc) at $100/hr, for longer tasks, Ko-Net employee(s) will attend.

SLA:

  • The humidity level should always stay between 40% and 60% Relative Humidity (rH).

  • Temperature in the cold aisle should always stay between 20 - 25° celsius.

  • Remote-hands are available during business hours, 10:00 to 17:00 CEST (UTC+1).

  • Guaranteed electricity availability is 99.95%.

Additional Terms:

  • Bandwidth and power overage will be charged at end of month and committed to further ongoing invoices.

  • Equipment MUST be rack mountable and shipped with appropriate 4 post rack rails for cabinets of up to 850mm depth.
