This matter is resolved, we believe this was caused by a bug in the Linux Kernel causing hardware incompatibilities.

All affected customers have now received a 20% SLA credit.

One of our servers in Sweden (SE2) is currently down and is having issues with booting the hypervisor, we are attempting to resolve the issue and will return later with more information.

Compensation will automatically be provided to our customers on this node when we have resolved the issue and can judge how much compensation to give.
