Automated service termination changes

Currently we allow up to 14 days past the service due date for reactivation. We are reducing this to 7 days. This allows us to free up resources used by unpaid services so that they can be used by other customers. In order to allow up to 14 days to be sustainable, we would need to consider raising our prices.

This means we will suspend services that are three days overdue, and if left unpaid, after 7 days past the due date (4 days after suspension) this will result in the termination of the service and deletion of data.
